Presented by Jo Smith, CMC, Consultant, Coach & Speaker, Jo Smith Associates Inc.

If you want to grow your career and business beyond your own capabilities, you cannot do it all yourself. You must delegate. There’s a difference, however, between simply assigning work and masterful delegation. Masterful delegation will expand your career and business, because it will result in improved satisfaction, retention, productivity and profitability.

In this presentation you will learn:

  • Why delegation is critical for satisfaction – yours and your team’s,
  • How to decide what to keep and what to delegate,
  • How to delegate to improve performance, grow talent and develop bench strength.
