Title: “Helping entrepreneurs get what they want from their business by building strong, healthy team”
Attendees will learn how entrepreneur’s and business owners can get what they want from their company by building strong, healthy teams.
By using a unique combination of teaching, facilitating and coaching the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®) I help organizations:
- Get 100% on the same page with where the company is going and how it will get there.
- Get the right people in the right seats.
- Predict where the business is going by using objective, activity-based metrics
- Become efficient at identifying and solving issues immediately as they arise.
- Create, document and instill “Your Company Way” throughout your organization.
- Bring the company Vision down to the ground and execute on it with discipline and accountability.
